Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics will be responsible for managing the analytics needs for all of our pet brands. The primary responsibility of this position will be to proactively manage datasets from various online tactics (paid media, web analytics, social, eCRM) to measure marketing effectiveness, and create insights that help drive decision-making in support of the company’s digital marketing initiatives. As a key member of the digital team, the candidate will get the opportunity to work cross-functionally across marketing programs and business initiatives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build reports and dashboards for media, digital and brand teams that consolidate performance metrics across paid digital media, social and web tools
  • Use data to proactively identify opportunities and create recommendations to improve marketing performance
  • Evaluate and recommend 3rd party vendors for data consolidation, dashboards, and valuable data insights
  • Manage and report on eComm data from various e-tail and retail partners, and build forecasts and recommendations for future online sales
  • Work with eCRM partner to build insights and recommendations to expand on current data sets within database
  • Build and enhance the marketing analytics infrastructure
  • Influence customer marketing decisions across channels based on insights gained from behavior analysis
  • Set standardized weekly, monthly and post-campaign reporting cadence and produce ad hoc analysis requested by internal teams

Job Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of online marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM) and key performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, ROI)
  • Previous experience with media channels (paid display, paid search)
  • Passion for web/media technology, information capture, and user behavior tracking
  • Ability to be a self-starter and enthusiasm to grow the practice
  • Strong communication skills

  • Learning agility and creative problem solving
  • Able to multi-task and work in a highly matrixed environment
